The art of belly dancing is enjoyed by many people all over the world. One of the reasons that many people enjoy belly dancing is that it is seductive, sexy, and provides an entertainment that is fun for everyone. Some of more prominent belly dancers are known as the Belly Dance Superstars. With many shows all over the United States and hundreds of places across the globe, the Belly Dance Superstars are known for some of the better dances that incorporate many styles as well as many cultures. Additionally, the Belly Dance Superstars do teach beginners classes and actually have tryouts for the next Belly Dance Superstars. Needless to say, many people take part in the Belly Dance productions as they are famously well-known all over the world.

Two of the main Belly Dance Superstars are Kami Liddle and Ava Fleming. These two women are part of the Belly Dance Superstars because of their unique techniques and how they incorporate their own styles of belly dancing into the Belly Dance Superstar shows. Whether performing by themselves for with the rest of the Belly Dance Superstar team, Kami Liddle and Ava Fleming are two belly dancers that know how to perform the art of belly dancing well. Kami Liddle is actually a tribal dancer, but she combines many forms of the art of belly dancing with her own additions. For example, she's studied jazz, hip hop, as well as the modern and bhangra types of belly dancing. She is also a well known belly dancing choreographer and fits well on the Belly Dance Superstar Team.

Ava Fleming, on other hand, is a whole other different type of belly dancer for the Belly Dance Superstars. She lives in Arizona and has extensively studied many of the types of international belly dance styles. Her part on the Belly Dance Superstars team is an important one because she continuously practices Raks Sharqui, which is the main and original form of belly dancing that evolved. In fact, in 2004 Ava Fleming earned the title of the Belly Dancer of the Universe. People from all over watch her on the Belly Dance Superstar team because she makes an excellent contribution to the dancing team.

Aside from the two main women on the Belly Dance Superstar team, there are also several others. Three other women that are part of the Belly Dance Superstars include Petite Jamilla, Moria, and Sonia. The Belly Dance Superstars also regularly plans trips for people interested in learning the art of the belly dance. These trips are often in the form of vacation cruises, which offers belly dancing classes and instruction with the Belly Dance Superstars themselves. The Belly Dance Superstars have also lead a belly dancing instruction retreat in Cancun, Mexico, for beginners to get their feet wet and have one-on-one instruction with some of the better Belly Dance Superstars on the team. All in all, the Belly Dance Superstars are some of the best well-known belly dancers in the industry and people from all over the world enjoy their instruction and belly dancing style.

Badia Masabni, Hekmet Fahmy, Beba Ez-eddin, Amina Mohammed, Tahieah Karryoka, Samia Jamal, Hajar Hamdy, Naima Akif, then came Najwa Fouad, Nahid Sabri, a lesser known oriental bellydance superstar, Suhair Zaki and Farida Fahmi, egyptian beledi.
Among all those names were a big number of superstars Belly dancers who played what you call "strange" role in the evolution of the Oriental dance in Egypt and they shared the same start which is escaping home en searching for gold... They were very famous dancers in Egypt and beyond Egypt as well.

Belly Dance Superstars and the Desert Roses is produced by Miles Copeland, Sting’s ex-manager, who grew up in the Middle East and speaks fluent Arabic. He has been quoted as saying that this show could become the next Riverdance, and his company of American belly dancers has already fulfilled numerous dates of a world tour, with many still to go. Wendy Buenaventura saw them at the Bloomsbury Theatre, London, October 5-19.
